Religious Services at ISD

ISD conducts 5 daily prayer services in congregation at Masjid Ibrahim all year long. Additionally, ISD holds 2 Friday prayers due to space and parking lots limitations. The timing for each prayer is posted on top of home page (main page).

We also offer Eid Prayer for Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. The timing and location of the prayer is announced prior to the Eid Prayer. The timings and dates are announced through our website and also through our newsletter. Please subscribe to ISDConnect to get the community newsletter on a regular basis.

During the last ten nights of Ramadan, we also host Qiyam-ul-Layl prayer prior to Fajr. Please see Ramadan Schedule for more information.

We offer pre-marriage advice to couples about to join each other in the holy bond and commitment of matrimony. We perform the formal marriage service, in conjunction with State requirements and documentation.

Trials visit each of us throughout our lives. During these moments, we need advice and counsel to help us through these trials. Our Imam, Shiekh Abdel Hadi, has many years of experience offering marriage, youth, family, and grief counseling.

When the inevitability of death comes to our loved ones, the details and pressures of funerals can be taxing. ISD offers grieving families funeral services, including washing and shrouding of the body, funeral prayer, and burial services.
